Encryption is a means of scrambling data so that only authorized parties can access the document. It converts plaintext – the letters and numbers you’re used to reading – into a ciphertext – a series of random letters, numbers, and characters unreadable without the encryption key. Once you input the password, MS Word automatically converts the document back to plaintext so you, or whomever you’re sending the document to, can read it....

Parallel Windows For Nougat lets you view the same app on both halves of your screen, a serious upgrade for those carrying multiple conversations in Hangouts, or wanting to view multiple tabs at once in Hangouts. We don’t know why this feature wasn’t built into Android, but this will do for now. This app is currently in its Alpha version, so it may not work with all apps. When you add the built-in 5MP pop-up camera that also sports a tilt adjustment, some snazzy microphones, and speakers, the E34m is an ideal work companion. Credit: HP If this sounds familiar, it’s because Asus did something very similar with the ZenBook Pro 15. However, there are a couple of key differences between the two laptops. The Omen X 2S has a 6-inch panel embedded in the deck above the keyboard, whereas the Asus laptop has a ScreenPad, a screen that replaces the touchpad. Design The Pavilion x360 took its design cues from HP’s flagship notebook Spectre, but reversed the color scheme. The shiny gold plastic lid, with its reflective HP logo, is rather ostentatious. Opening the laptop reveals a black plastic deck with a wood-grain pattern, an island-style keyboard with gold keys and a 13.3-inch, 1080p display surrounded by a thick bezel. I found the combination to be a bit loud (I find the Spectre to be more refined), while a few of my colleagues found it less offensive, and one absolutely loved it....
