First spotted by Chrome Unboxing, the release notes for Apple Music’s Android app’s latest version start by saying “The latest update includes: Support for Chromebooks.” As an Apple Music subscriber myself, I can’t wait to check this out because Chromebooks pack a certain allure, with a super-simple operating system and keyboards that don’t require company spokespersons to apologize (ahem, Apple). If you’ve been hiding under a rock for the last two weeks, a flaw in Group FaceTime allowed anyone on the call to hear the audio from any recipient, regardless of whether the person on the other end had picked up. News of the bug first hit last Monday, (Jan. 28), and Apple disabled Group FaceTime later that night, to prevent users from being spied upon. With the exception of some new color options, the Apple Watch Series 8 looks identical to the Apple Watch Series 7. The starting price for the StudioBook Pro X hasn’t been revealed, but the laptop will be available toward the end of the year. Asus ProArt StudioBooks specs You can configure the StudioBook Pro X with up to an Intel Xeon E-2276M processor, an Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000 graphics card, 128GB of RAM and a to-be-determined amount of storage with the ability to be placed in RAID 0. Now Asus is back with the Chromebook Flip C436, a similar laptop to the Flip C434, but with minor design changes and faster processors. Asus is making a daring assumption that people are willing to spend $800 for more premium hardware. That’s a lot of cash for a Chromebook and with the Chromebook Flip C434 – a cheaper model – still available, you might be wondering which Asus Chromebook to buy....

The company bills the ZenBook Flip 14 UX461 as the thinnest 2-in-1 laptop to boast discrete graphics (Nvidia GeForce MX150). It’s just 0.5 inches thin and 3.1 pounds. Beyond the 8th Gen Core i7 processor, there’s also a 512GB PCIe SSD, 16GB of RAM, a fingerprint reader and speakers tuned by Harman Kardon. Thanks to what Asus calls NanoEdge technology, the bezels around the laptop’s 14-inch, 1080p display are pretty tiny....

There’s no word on pricing or when the Pro B9’s launching, but it’s clear that Asus is gunning to be a major player in the business laptop space, an arena the company seemed to have left to the likes of Dell and Lenovo. Design I haven’t seen a laptop this light since the Lenovo LaVie Z. And honestly, it made me want to toss it like a frisbee. Let’s hope the Pro B9 fairs better....

Xbox Series X and PlayStation5 systems offer genuine 4K gaming at up to 120fps and the PS5 is rumored to support 8K in the future.
